Metro Ligero Oeste, con el apoyo del Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid, prestó un servicio muy especial a los Reyes Magos antes de la tradicional Cabalgata de Boadilla del Monte celebrada el pasado 5 de enero.  

Por tercer año consecutivo y durante unos minutos, Sus Majestades sustituyeron sus camellos por uno de los vehículos de la línea ML3 para llegar cuanto antes a repartir ilusión y regalos entre los muchos vecinos que les esperaban con entusiasmo.  

El metro ligero en el que viajaban los tres Reyes y sus seis pajes recorrió la distancia desde Cocheras a Puerta de Boadilla. Desde allí, los Reyes caminaron hasta el inicio de la cabalgata, en el cruce de avenida Condesa de Chinchón con Calle Valle Inclán.   

Ya en sus carrozas, recorrieron las diferentes calles y avenidas, desde el Residencial Siglo XXI hasta el nuevo Ayuntamiento, donde repartieron regalos y obsequios.

Metro Ligero Oeste, with the backing of the Regional Transport Consortium of Madrid, laid on a very special service for the Three Wise Men as a build-up to the traditional Christmas procession through Boadilla del Monte on 5 January.

For the third year running, Their Majesties swapped their camels for one of the M3 Line light rail vehicles for a few minutes to speed up their arrival in town and share out hope and gifts amongst the crowds of enthusiastic locals awaiting their arrival.

The Three Wise Men and their pages used a light rail vehicle to travel from the Depot to Puerta de Boadilla. From there, they walked to the start of the procession at the intersection of Avenida Condesa de Chinchón and Calle Valle Inclán.

After boarding their float, they travelled along the streets and avenues of Boadilla from Residencial Siglo XXI to the new Town Hall, where they shared out gifts.
